UP Diliman Chancellor Sergio S. Cao held a Filipiniana Luncheon on June 17, 2008 at the Chancellor's House in honor of Dr. Carmencita C. "Menchee" Quesada Fulgado, Commissioner Abroad of the UP Centennial Celebration. She is the editor and publisher of the Memoirs of UP Alumni Abroad, a project she took on following her acceptance of the distinguished appointment by UP President Emerlinda R. Roman in October 2006.
