On June 23, 2008, a check for $20,000 to create the Centennial Memoirs Carillon Support Fund, was handed to Regent Nelia Gonzalez at the reception held in honor of Dr. Fulgado and several Memoirs Project donors in the presence of UP Foundation Treasurer Dr. Connie Paz who accepted the check. The interest from this endowment fund will be given to UPAA by the UP Foundation to help in the continuous maintenance of the Carillon. The deed of donation was also signed at the same event.
